It was better the first time when I bought my first two minis. It wasn't quite as attentive the third time around.

I wasn't called when my Mini was ready to be collected, even though the manager claims that it was done (I had 0missed calls and no voicemail). I ended up having to make a last minute dash to the service centre to collect my car before it shut
