We have a wide range of service and repair facilities available at our MINI Park Royal service centre.

Our expert technicians are MINI-certified and have extensive experience in handling all requirements. We use only Genuine MINI Parts, and the latest MINI-approved repair technologies to ensure your MINI is maintained to an exceptional standard.

Our appointments get booked fast, so we recommend to book in advance to get a date and time that suits you best.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT.

At Park Royal, we also offer a courtesy shuttle service to and from local train and tube stations. If you are in a hurry, use the express key drop kiosk for quick service and don't forget to grab a coffee before you go. You'll receive a service video of your vehicle from the technician, and can stay updated via our SMS chat for live updates.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY SERVICE.

We’ll collect your MINI from your home or workplace and return it to you fully serviced and ready to go. This service costs £30 each way, so £60 in total, and is available within a 10 mile radius of our service centre.

SERVICE LOAN CARS.

Available for £36 a day, you can borrow one of our cars whilst your MINI is being serviced. We only have a small fleet available, so if this is an option you would like to book, we recommend that you please do so at least 2 to 3 months in advance for best choice.
